Omaha, Neb. — The Mutual of Omaha Foundation has announced the election of David Diamond and Michael Homa to its board of directors.
Diamond serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Mutual of Omaha. He is responsible for all financial operations of the company as well as actively pursuing, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Omaha Symphony.
Homa is Nebraska State President for Mutual of Omaha Bank. He is responsible for leading the strategic growth and management of Mutual of Omaha Bank’s operations in Nebraska, including locations in Omaha and Lincoln. He also oversees the bank's operations in Kansas City and Des Moines. He currently serves on the boards of Children’s Hospital and Medical Center Foundation, Hope Center for Kids and the Omaha Chamber of Commerce.

They each bring a tremendous amount of experience and will help us further our mission of preventing and ending poverty, said Christine Johnson, president of the Mutual of Omaha Foundation. With these new elections, two of our long-standing board members, Rick Witt and Jeff Schmid, will retire. Rick and Jeff have been instrumental in the growth and development of the Foundation.
