The Mutual of Omaha Foundation board of directors is made up of seven Mutual of Omaha executives. The board guides the strategic direction and funding decisions of the Foundation. Directors may serve two consecutive three-year terms and officers of the board are elected each year. Foundation staff members oversee all grant programs and are responsible for the day-to-day work that contributes to the mission and goals of the Foundation.
